Terms and Conditions - basic principles of the Photo blog4. Administrator - the person responsible for flawless functioning of the Photo blog, developing and implementing new technologies to improve the quality and attractiveness5. User - a person who registers on the Photo blog and unconditionally accepts those rules. §2 General provisions1. The aim of this Photo blog is to enable running a blog in form of publishing photos with descriptions, create groups of friends and expressing opinions on the photos and descriptions of other Users. Users are forbidden to run a Photo blog for advertising purposes. 2. Photo blog Users are required to comply with the law of the territory of Poland, the herein rules and the rules of social coexistence. 3. The User may be any person who accepts the hereby. Underage persons or persons not having full legal capacity shall be entitled to use the service only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 4. Users are obliged to respect copyright and privacy of others - they are solely responsible for violation. 5. Registration and usage is free and completely voluntary. 6. Posting photos on the site, Users confirm that they are their property. 7. All data collected on the Photo blog, including personal data, is voluntarily posted by Users, are widely available and are not subject of the protection of Personal Data Protection Act in accordance with Polish law. 8. Administrator is not responsible for the content and comments published on the site, as well as for loss of data, interruption of service or lack of viruses. 9. Administrator will make every effort to make the functioning of the site was legal and safe. 10. Advertisements can be issued by the Administrator on the Photo blog. §3 Photo blog range1. The portal is a Photo blog dedicated to documenting memories, unforgettable experiences and the experiences captured in the camera frame. The tours, travel or long trips reports, style of life, the beauty of nature and man photos ale especially appreciated. §4 Final provisions1. All comments and reports of violations of hereby must be sent to the Administrator address available on the Photo blog (bottom menu.) 2. Administrator reserves the right to make changes herein. All changes are in effect when published on Photo blog.3. Violation of the Rules and Conditions may result in deletion of the User account by the Administrator without prior notice. 4. Property dispute resolution takes place on the territory of Poland.
